For this semester I am going to use the given class time, and depending on how much
I can get done during class will determine the amount of time I will have to read on Sunday. If I have to work on Sunday, instead of going to the gym in the morning I could get in my reading for the week or go to the gym in the morning because they close at the same time the Pie Company does and go home to do homework instead of going over to a friends house. This semester I need to take control of my grades instead of them letting take control of me. This senior incentive is really helping push me because i'm sure, just as everyone else, I do not want to take my exams and then i would also get out May 19 instead of May 26. That one week can allow me to do whatever i want before i go and try to find a "regular job." To stay focused I am setting a goal of getting all A's this semester to push myself. Semester one did not go well for me, I did not do near enough reading and fell short of my goal every week. Instead of pushing myself I tried to cut down the expectation and in the end I put myself in a bad situation and ended up doing very poorly on the final project which brought my grade down. Last semester i would joke around with my friends for the reading time that was given to us rather than sitting down and reading my book. Another thing is that I also almost never read outside of class which is why I fell short of my reading goal every week.
